Legal specialist

On behalf of our client, an important Italian brand operating in the home appliances and small appliances industry with HQ between Treviso and Pordenone and with a turnover of over 900 million and multiple branches worldwide, we are looking for a LEGAL SPECIALIST.

The specialist will be part of the Legal, Compliance & Quality Assurance Team. The core tasks will include:
- supporting the managers in the international contractual activities relevant to the various countries where the company is present;
- providing legal assistance on the application of national and international laws;
- providing support to the foreign branches about the contractual activitie;
- managing and collaborating on the contractual activities related to marketing, events and suppliers;
- supporting the legal team to facilitate the implementation of company policies.

The ideal candidate has:
- proven experience working in a law firm specialised in international contract law, or similar environments;
- a degree in Law;
- availability to travel internationally;
- an excellent knowledge and command of English.

The profile is completed by:
- good knowledge of the MS Office package;
- precision and confidentiality;
- strong proactivity, adaptability and team work;
- preferably having passed the bar exam.
