We are looking for a SALES REGIONAL MANAGER for a well-established company operating in the industrial plant sector with a turnover of 90 million euros and belonging to one of the largest global groups specialising in the production of machinery, plants, processing technologies and components for the food industry.

The candidate, placed in the HQ in the province of Padua and supported by a sales team, will be responsible for sustaining revenues in the regional areas defined by the company.

The new employee, who will report directly to the Global Sales Manager and support the product managers, will be responsible for:

- Collaborating on the order acquisition process of the various local area managers and the definition of the regional sales budget;
- Analysing sales data and reporting via CRM;
- Managing, supervising and training the local sales team in order to ensure the achievement of sales objectives;
- Participating in the execution of regional sales strategies and supporting marketing in its activities;
- Managing and improving business volumes, including the receipt of new growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate possesses:

- Business/management degrees;
- Proven experience in sales of mechanical equipment, process lines or plant engineering preferably in organisations operating on a global scale;
- Fluent in English, Italian and preferably, another language.

The profile is completed by:

- Good creativity and forward thinking skills;
- Strong team management and communication skills;
- Determination and goal orientation;
- Organisational skills and problem solving.
