For an important business operating in the accessories industry for pharmaceutical and industrial plants with machinery of own invention included in the production lines, now in a phase of strong expansion with approximately 40 Million turnover, we are looking for a SALES DIRECTOR TM WORLDWIDE to develop and structure the sales and marketing areas for a period of time not shorter than 18-24 months.
The person will:
- coordinate the sales force to achieve sales objectives;
- analyse and manage the budget and sales activities;
- analyse the market to identify opportunities and plan the necessary sales strategies to grow the business;
- plan and organise promotional events to raise awareness about the latest innovation and changes made to the products;
- collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop common activities and objectives;
- manage directly some key clients requiring complex technical negotiations.
The candidate has:
- a degree in Business, Economics or similar;
- strong knowledge of the Italian and global markets in the industry;
- proven experience in similar roles;
- excellent command of the English language.
The profile is completed by:
- excellent communication skills;
- ability to work autonomously and flexibility;
- very strong leadership and team management skills.
