Future Manager is a consultancy company, Born-Global, that supports companies during their business development abroad, offering different HR solutions. Currently, we are present in 33 countries, operating in 35 worldwide, with a strong local presence.

Future Manager Academy is a program dedicated to young graduates (or currently graduating) that wish to develop their professional skills in the HR world. The training plan, at the heart of our Academy, allows participants to have a 360° vision of our expertise in the human resources sector, and to be prepared at best for the role they will assume at the end of the Academy.

Training and constant mentoring from a dedicated “buddy” for each participant make the strength of our Academy program in Future Manager.

6 months together (internship contract with the aim to be hired):

Future Manager Alliance is a global, fast growing Company that is looking for a native- speaking Portuguese graduate that will work for our Brazilian branch, from Italy. The candidate should be eager to gain experience in the Sales & Marketing and Recruitment Department, at a Global level.


The participant will have the possibility to develop their skills in the Digital Marketing area, following and participating in our communication projects. They will have the possibility to follow projects abroad, either by participating in a foreign project with our client or by communicating with our colleagues abroad.


The candidate will have also the possibility to develop its skils in the sales area. It will be indeed its task to develop the FMA China market being creative in applying new sales tools.


During their training course, the attendant will have the possibility to learn about the global recruitment process in order to understand better our core-business. Activities could include the involvement of the participant in writing and posting the profile description, in screening the CVs, in the interviews, until the end of the process with the hiring of the chosen candidate by the client.


- Graduating, or newly graduated in Economics, Management, Languages, Law, Political Sciences or similar;
- Native-Speaking Portuguese;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Italian language is a bonus;
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and proactivity;
- Team spirit, flexibility and problem solving;
- Entrepreneurship, bravery, open mindness for change.
