We’re looking for someone to join our ever growing international team. As an Account Manager you will
be responsible for the growth of Madzuli Agency within Italy together with our Sales and Digital Operations
Team. Furthermore, you will take part in the execution of Madzuli Agency Digital Online Advertising
campaigns, as well as client relations. If you’re efficient and interested in the Digital Marketing landscape, then we want to hear from you.

You’ll need to critically asses the way we work, take initiative, know the local market and be a great team
player. You’ll be responsible for giving the Marketeers executing the campaigns for different national and international accounts the right instructions. It’ll be up to you to use all the resources available within the Company, in Italy and abroad, in the most possible effective way. For this reason you need to be able to communicate efficiently and effectively in English (level C1 required).

Act as point person for client questions and concerns.
Scope opportunities through sales and within accounts as needed.
Be responsible for the timely creation of your clients’ proposals and media plans.
Guide clients through reportings with the support of the marketeers.
Establish regular contact with customers to ensure their needs are met, communicate campaign
progresses and proactively address issues to develop solutions.
Liaise with internal multi-national teams as needed to deliver solutions to clients.
Up-sell and renew existing campaigns/clients, focus on retention and scaling-up business.
Be responsible for overall client satisfaction.
Develop and present campaign results to clients and represent client feedback internally to drive opportunities to better align with customer needs across future opportunities.

Knowledge and understanding of the local market.
At least 2-3 years of experience in (B2B) Sales (at the same company).
Professional Proficiency, at least a level C1, in English.
Affinity for analytical problem solving and general organizational processes.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, timelines with an eye for details and the
pressure of deadlines.
Able to produce client facing documents to a high quality standard using Google docs,
spreadsheets and Presentations.
Capability to identify promising business opportunities.
A Passion to perform.

Related online management experience, agency / media experience preferred.
Experience in interdepartmental coordination and cooperation skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, international and team oriented environment.
Track record in successful B2B relationships.
