The candidate will be working in the “Placement Services” Area. The ideal profile is a young graduate between 24 and 26 years old, with a Master’s degree and a clear and proven interest in Human Resources.
A fluency in English is mandatory, as well as place of residence in Milan, hinterland or Lombardia.
FIRST or TOEFL certifications, as well as working experiences in Recruiting/Temporary Work companies or in a company Staff Management team are an asset.
Motivation towards the company project, reliability and professionalism, ability to achieve the goals, problem solving skills, a poised personality able to work under pressure and ability to work in a collaborative team environment are essential.
