On behalf of our client, an important Italian brand operating in the Food & Beverage industry with products sold through large-scale retail trade (GDO) and traditional channels with HQ between Belluno and Treviso and 15 production plants between Europe, the Americas and Asia and a turnover of approximately 850 million, we are looking for a SENIOR LEGAL SPECIALIST.
The person will be part of the Legal, Compliance & Quality Assurance Team. The core tasks will include:
- providing legal assistance on the application of national and international laws;
- providing support to the foreign branches about the contractual activities;
- supporting the managers in the international contractual activities relevant to the various countries where the company is present;
- managing and collaborating on the contractual activities related to marketing, events and suppliers;
- supporting the legal team to facilitate the implementation of company policies.
The ideal candidate has:
- experience working in a law firm specialised in international contract law, or similar environments;
- a degree in Law;
- availability to travel internationally;
- an excellent knowledge and command of English.
The profile is completed by:
- good knowledge of the MS Office package;
- precision and confidentiality;
- strong proactivity, adaptability and team work;
- preferably having passed the bar exam.
